Was ist der Zweck dieser Website?
Diese Website wird über ein Trello Board verwaltet. Dabei wird jede Card als Section interpretiert. Der Name der Card dient als Titel und die Beschreibung als Fliesstext. Entsprechende Formatierungen werden dabei 1:1 übernommen.
Des Weiteren können auch Bilder an Cards angehängt werden.

Natürlich werden Formatierungen wie kursive Schrift oder fette Worte sauber dargestellt. 🥳

Take responsibility for your meetings and appointments
At BeeBase we have flexible working hours. But there is a block time starting from 9:30 am.
- You have to start working latest on 9:30 am. 🚀
- You have to be at your work place before the Weekly Planning or Daily Status meeting happens.
Customer First
In the end we have to serve our customers and align us to accomplish a good relationship with them.
- If you have a meeting with one of our customers which is going to take place in our office, you have to be in the office as well.
- You're allowed to schedule a remote meeting with a customer, if he is okay with that.
- Initial client meetings have to be in the BeeBase office since it's important for the relationship that he has a picture in mind how our office is looking and who we are (in person).

Respect each other and be kind. Nothing more to say.
Be prepared
To make sure the time of the other attendees doesn't get wasted, please join each meeting well prepared.
Respect the time frame
Try to stay focused on the main topic of the meeting. If a discussion starts to escalate, plan it for another meeting if necessary.
Remote wins
If at least one attendee joins remotely everyone has to join remotely. Of course some meetings feel more haptic held with all attendees in one room. But as soon as someone has to join by voice or video chat, that one person doesn't get recognised as well as the others. Therefore it's important, that everyone has the same conditions. As a result, all have to join by their own laptops.
Enable video if possible
The meeting feels more natural and is lot more fun if you see each other in person.
Appearance
Please join meetings in a representative manner, as you would do in real life meetings. Further, whenever a person from outside of BeeBase joins a meeting, please avoid things like smoking and other things you won't do in general while attending meetings.
